1. Service Agreement

By placing an order on E-Veggies, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. E-Veggies supplies fresh agricultural vegetables, fruits, and groceries directly to verified local residential addresses.

2. Service Areas & Delivery Eligibility

Deliveries are restricted strictly to active, serviceable districts authorized by the store. If your selected location is currently unsupported, checkout will remain locked and a “Coming Soon” notification will be presented. Orders cannot be created for unserviceable zones.

3. Pricing & 7-Day History Integrity

All product prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) per specified unit (e.g. 1 kg, 500 g, 1 bunch). E-Veggies strictly enforces honest pricing: previous prices are displayed with a strikethrough only when they represent a legitimate historical price higher than the current selling price. Historical order items immutably preserve their purchase-time prices.

4. Order Fulfillment & State Transitions

Orders transition through a strict relational lifecycle:
Pending → Confirmed → Preparing → Out for Delivery → Delivered.
Store owners reserve the right to reject an order due to unforeseen farm stock shortages or unserviceable weather conditions, with an explicit reason provided.

5. Payment via Cash on Delivery (COD)

Customers can inspect produce packaging upon arrival and complete payment directly to the delivery agent via Cash or supported UPI QR code. No online payment gateway credentials or card details are collected during the initial phase.
